Overnight Staffed Residential Program
- Provides a residence for three individuals to share (usually twenty-four hour support)
- Provides individualized supervision, personal care, and skill development training to individuals with high needs in an atmosphere that enhances self-image and worth.
- Provides/encourages individuals to participate in household routines.
- Provides community inclusion, budgeting, home management, etc.
- Areas of support are assessed according to individual needs.

- Provides opportunity and choice to
individuals to participate in and contribute to their community.
- Promotes exploring community resources, activities and events on an ongoing basis.
- Provides the opportunity to practice
individual Religious beliefs.
- Provides the opportunity to explore
employment and/or volunteer opportunities.
- Provides the opportunity to explore
educational opportunities.
- Provides the opportunity to participate in recreational activities of their choice.

- Individuals requiring intermittent services (less than twenty-four hours of service) to individuals who reside in their own home/ apartment.
- Provides skill development training to individuals so the individual may continue to live independently in a community setting.
- Intervention is implemented as required.
- Areas of support are assessed according to individual needs.
Private Care Home Program

- Provides support to an individual wishing to
reside with a family or individual utilizing
Room and Board residential option.
- The individual may require twenty four hour
intervention or less.
- Provides supervision, care, and skill
development training to individuals in a community environment.
- Areas of support are assessed according to
individual needs.
